ingredients :
1 medium-size piece of beef tongue
2 liters ar
2 bay leaves
4 pieces of cloves
5 kaffir lime leaves , torn
1 tsp tamarind
250 ml of water
3 tablespoons oil for sauteing
15 fruit skewers , soak water for 1 hour
Seasonings , puree :
10 grains of red onion
5 cloves of garlic
4 pieces of red chili
8 pieces of cayenne pepper
4 grains of toasted hazelnut
2 tbsp roasted coriander
2 tbsp salt
3 tsp sugar
50 grams of brown sugar , fine comb
How to Make :
1 . Boil the tongue in 2 liters of water with the bay leaves and cloves until half cooked ( if we are using pressure cooker , saucepan until sizzling then reduce heat and cook for 10 menitan ) .
2 . Take the peeled tongue . Cut the tongue so 3 parts .
3 . Heat the oil and saute ground spices and lime leaves and tamarind until fragrant .
4 . Add the tongue and water , cook until sauce is low .
5 . Lift the tongue and cut into pieces box .
6 . Satay skewers with a puncture .
7 . Fuel briefly before serving .
