Es Dawet Durian

Material Dawet:

    60 grams of flour hunkwe
    350 grams of durian flesh, blended
    1/4 teaspoon salt
    25 grams sugar
    4 drops of yellow dye
    350 ml of water



Gravy Ingredients:

    700 ml coconut milk from half coconut
    2 pieces of pandan leaves
    50 ml of suji leaf water 60 leaves suji
    2 drops of green dye
    1/4 teaspoon salt
    150 grams of sugar
    350 grams of ice cubes

Processing way:
1. Hunkwe Mix flour, durian, salt, sugar, water, and yellow dye. Cook, stirring until boiling and mature.
2. Put the mixture into the mold heat-heat cendol. Press prints up cendol out of the hole.Collect cendol which came out in a container of cold water.
3. Having all frozen dough, drain.
4. Gravy: boiled coconut milk, pandan leaves, suji leaf water, green coloring, salt, and sugar, stirring until boiling.
5. Dawet Serve with sauce and ice cubes.
